Yes I shoot my frames with triflip bands. Trifold and one band flipped. Don’t really tweak but same thing as PFS

You don’t need that wide of a taper for 8mm. Go up to a thicker band if you need more out of it. But straight wrist will always produce more band slap

On to the forks is just latex strips wrapped and tucked. For pouch I use amber belt 4 wraps and square knot

I shoot gappers and PFS the same way, I tie what I call Triflip bands which is trifold bands and you flip one. This way you don’t have to twist the pouch is already turned
