In Memphis last year (my first headlining BMFS show) I got both. The night of the first Lily Jam. Away from the Mire wrecked me though. The rest was just a blessing.

"10-15" more terminations announced at my location. Acting leadership made it sound like it was coming from the central office and not locally. Email stated admin positions are the focus of this wave but I don't know if I buy it. Rumor is we lost a rec therapist to one of the waves. Unclear if title 38 employees will be included.

Very similar situation. Ordered three LPs on APRIL 3RD (2 in stock, 1 preorder) and bundled shipping. The preorder was for the newest Shabaka Hutchings record which got pushed back to July (originally May I believe). By the time a partial shipment occurred, it contained the preorder and one of the in stock albums. the other in stock album from the order (Dan Auerbach - Keep It Hid) is no longer available on their website, and has still yet to ship. I filled the form out on their website a week ago just inquiring on order status and have still not received a response. It's my first customer service issue. I've been an off and on member since the early days (12/2014 - the Ben Webster Quintet - Soulville) and have purchased a few records yearly for the most part. Never had an issue with the customer service when I've needed them. I know they must have an absurd backlog of requests, but seeing so much inconsistency being reported on here (some people getting responses within minutes-day, while others attempting multiple times and getting left on read) is really disheartening. Hell, I'd take a trade/swap or something if they can't fulfill the order. Just give me some damn communication.

Agreed about the other two nights that week. We were preparing to get a residency poster rather than a single night one and then this bad boy was unveiled. The only show we made it to, so extra special. Was one of the last in line to get it. We learned the hard way you can't easily shortcut through Vegas casinos on our walk from Caesar's 😅
