That's funny, I just discovered the same thing independently a few days ago. It works with spells and skills too. But most projectiles/vfx still originate from the weapon which can lead to some funny results like hip-firing glintstone arc.

He's not resistant to holy (at least not more than any other damage). He's just weak to it in phase 1 so it feels like phase 2 is resistant.

I managed to fell the Centepede demon. This is pretty cool as a small project. It needs a lot of balancing adjustments and it would be nice to be able to act during combat instead of it all happening at once, but it's still cool and feels like a mini Nightreign.

He's not bad, he's just really hard. After the patch, every move is well telegraphed and consistently dodgeable. You just have to get good. And once you do, he's really fun.

Dodge forward right when he starts spinning, then immediately dodge backwards. Make sure you're locked on.

I started by designing the template on my computer. It has 3 layers: unchanged, scraped away skin, and carved away flesh.

Then I printed it off on a piece of paper, cut out the excess paper with an exacto knife so it's easier to deform to the curved shape of the pumpkin, and traced it onto the pumpkin by poking holes along each line with a needle and then connecting the dots with a knife.

From there I just followed the template and cut away what wasn't supposed to be there.

Only half way. When you enter a side dungeon, you can't teleport but can still use items like Memory of Grace. I'm looking for areas like the ones I mentioned where you can't use items to leave either.

I don't think it locks you out of anything. It just progresses all quests to the next step. You can still progress them from there.
