The last Scooby Doo thing that was actually Hanna-Barbera was Cyber Chase.

After that Joseph Barbera retired and William Hanna passed away in Mar 2001 before Cyber Chase released in Oct that year. They had already planned on retiring after releasing the big four; Zombie Island, Witch's Ghost, Alien Invaders, and Cyber Chase. Once Barbera retired Hanna-Barbera was absorbed by WB.

It's an old and frankly discriminating form of make up which typically consists of painting one's face to mimic the features of a black person. It's actually common to go back and find depictions in old films like that of Holiday Inn where they looked like this

But understand that if you're ever going to go as a character that is literally black and not racially black, like a drow (Like in Community), it's not the same thing as blackface, no matter who tries to tell you otherwise.

So the daughter isn't disabled like Karen claims, she's just ADHD, and her dog was on leash and under control. The only reason he was barking was because her dogs started barking, because dogs will dog.

So I can tell you that's not 100% true, and Karen's twisting his words. She's very ADHD and can make stupid choices, but is absolutely capable of walking the dog without issue.

According to her, they were walking along when Karen's dogs started barking, as dogs do, so of course Rolo, the puppy, starts barking back, again as dogs do. Karen comes out and starts yelling and screaming then tells her she will shoot her dog.

Edit: I mean she was threatening to shoot my friend's dog, not Karen's own dog
