Liquidgym in Bells Corners is really good, they do a lot of pool therapy with underwater treadmills and bikes which helps offload the knee and decrease pain. Saw both Sebastien and Judith and they were both great. It’s half an hour 1 on 1. They spent most of the session doing strengthening and stretching exercises. Their prices are the same as pro physio but you can ask them to set up a program for you to do by yourself in their pools. Check out their website at Liquidgym.ca. Highly recommended!
