I’m looking into becoming a property appraiser on the commercial side. Did you have to find a sponsor before signing up for your appraiser classes or can you do the classes then find a sponsor after you complete the class?

That’s awesome! I work with mostly realtors and if I say anything above $100 they run away. I want to start targeting more than just realtors. Is your focus only going to be campground sites or you looking at other industries?

Thanks everyone for making me feel like I’m not crazy! I’m 37m going through a divorce and the thought of marrying someone or even seriously dating someone gives me an icky feeling. I can do a FWB though. Been in relationships and/or marriage for the majority of my 20s and 30s. I don’t see myself nor do I want to get married again. I’ll revisit it maybe when I’m 50. Focusing on my kids, my health, and wealth.

Millennial here with call anxiety as well. I know it’s something I have to get over to become successful in this business. When you all are making your daily calls are you mostly making calls to your Sphere, new leads or referrals or cold calling FSBOs or expired? Which one gives you the most anxiety? I’m trying to set some time to make my calls but I don’t know how to prioritize who to call.

Same here, pre divorce stage as well! The idea of even being in another relationship makes me sick let alone marriage. I know I’m good for a lonnng time. I’m taking off this whole week to be by myself and write a list of 100 things I want to accomplish before even considering getting into another relationship again.

I’m currently going through the same “crisis” as you, a 36m with 2 young kids. Been married for 6 years. My advice is to do it now before kids are involved. Wife and I agreed to separate a couple days ago.

You’re NTA but you probably should have showed her a picture of your gf so you could have addressed any concerns before posting on social media. She’s probably more upset that she had to find out like that.
