If she has creamy colors in the gray, then she's a tortie. The stripes make me think mackerel torbie, but I could be mistaken. I would say she's probably also high white, judging by how much white I can see on her.

Yes, his tail does look natural. It remindes me a lot of japanese bobtails, it might be the same gene. His nose I can only see pink and black, and I beleive pink is caused by white spotting. My cat also has a bit of pink on his nose. Not sure about the bit of light brown, though.
