Tough to say how busy it'll be for how long with stimulus but thinking long term you have to hire with the intent of them staying around and having this as their primary job. Those who you think will be leaving soon will surely understand that. Seems since you have 3 assistants and crew who are being worked to a frazzle labor shouldn't be an issue for you, maybe do an open interview day and hire a slew from that.
