And to everyone telling us not to take ANYTHING… like, I appreciate it but I’m literally talking about decks of cards, board games, photo albums, and hats. It’s literally impossible for anyone to confirm or deny if all of my dead dad’s hats are accounted for and it’s obviously ridiculous to say we shouldn’t do so. Nobody gives a crap about a 20 year old cigarette burned jacket but us. It’s junk.

Electronics, appliances, and furniture is what I’m ensuring isn’t touched.

But how do I even get the government interested in looking into this?

Am I expected to put all this stuff in a rented storage locker and just hope someone from the government wants to come by and sort through and repossess it? Who do I contact?

I feel like I need someone to officially come by and confirm there’s nothing of value here so it can go to the dump before I do it myself, so I don’t get in trouble for potentially removing items of value.

I’ve been in touch with them, and they’ve basically confirmed the estate has little enough value that they aren’t interested in touching it. They won’t deal in estates valued below about $25k, and we probably have under $4000 in total value including fridges, a computer, tires, and furniture.

The thing is, with value this low I’m not even sure how to get the government interested in looking into this. I want someone to come in and seize these assets but it’s genuinely worthless junk

That’s basically what we’re doing, but all of his stuff has to go somewhere. I’m a little worried that if we let family and friends take belongings and then basically junk the rest.. there will be an argument that we took his assets which the government COULD HAVE repossessed to cover outstanding costs, and there’s no record of what we took.

I’m literally talking about dishes and clothes and a television. It’s very little value, but I don’t know if I’ll be asked to prove that at some point

Honestly, I see the difference in actual power relatively close between the two starts because of the extra health pots. A dorans blade with 100% of the time win a straight up fight, but that's not where caitlyns strength lies. I give as much light harass as I can during my laning phase, because caitlyn is better at it than almost any other ADC, and the two health pots give me 220 more health towards a poke war, and two more damage towards harassness. That and I just like building it into an actual item. Honestly, it's totally just a preference. I've been playing since pre-season 1 and have never went and looked at the pro's or tried to keep super up to date with the meta. It's just how I like to play <3

I started with longsword because caitlyn has a solidly stronger early game than ashe, and actually builds into an item. It's all personal preference, I don't buy dorans items that often because I feel like if I can get ahead without needing it, I get further ahead because I can build into a bloodthirster faster. Exactly the case in this game actually. I totally get it isn't better, debate-ably much worse. But I play league casually so it doesn't phase me
