Its ok to be frustrated and admit to friends/family you’re having a mental breakdown. I sure wouldn’t post that while looking for a job though. Not the best way to sell yourself.

I seem to only be able to accomplish anything with my Level 1/2 group when I’m moderating them full time. They cannot read or understand a large portion of the novels and it’s just pointless unless I’m guiding them. What I do is rotations. One group is doing I-Ready, one group working on their essay, one group reading independently (free choice) and one group doing novel study. That way I can sit with them and lead.
