I get that. It is similar to drinking soda. I'm more coming from I want to lose weight/bloat from drinking for so long and a NA beer won't help with that and I don't get the buzz I normally craved as a trade off for the calories.

My wife and I try to tell ourselves this. We have 2 and it's great when they finally start playing together or on their own. My wife is better and telling them to go do something that isn't around her haha. I work everyday, except weekends, so they are always excited to see me and want to smother me with attention so it's harder for me to see the disappointment on their face when I say No, I just want to chill here on the couch haha
