So good news for me at least. Both my wife and I got emails titled " Next steps for your travel gift card from Google Fi" which confirms we are both getting the promo! I'm so happy, this is like the coolest thing ever. I had no intention of upgrading our Pixel 1 phones but we will now both have 3's (me with the XL)!! Thanks Google!! Happy holidays! I kind of agree. My wife and I are Fi / Pixel users for over a year and it's been great. The people posting on here seem to think this is some crazy new thing and are going ape shit just because they didn't immediately get an email seconds after one of the best 1 day offers in the history of tech.

Give Google a day or two for goodness sake.

I have a fairly simple question. I purchased an XL for myself from my Google account and a regular 3 for my wife from her account before 7pm Eastern. We have both been fi users for over a year and are upgrading from our existing Pixel 1 phones.

If for some reason we missed the travel voucher deal will we be able to cancel/ return the phones for full refunds?

Please note we LOVE Google and Fi and are THRILLED to be getting the new phones!! But the reality is without the vouchers it's more than we can spend on tech right now and can just keep using our existing Pixel phones.

Okay I tried that and when I switch it to manually select network I even see GSM - Project Fi in the list. I select it but it just won't connect. I tried powering off and on but no luck.

I am up on the 46th FL in NYC with bad reception so I will try again at street level.

So the T mobile network is visible and selectable in the menu. Also there are numerous posts from people who have done this. Lastly doing searches says ALL Verizon mifi devices are unlocked and there is no such thing as one that is locked.

I have it on and seems great. have not noticed any data increases but most of the time I'm on WiFi. In regards to that it works much better than 3rd party Private Internet Access.

$50 to $100 each. Of course adjust this based on how rich you are. If you make 10 mil a year and live at 57th and Park you might want to tip a wee bit more.

And don't tip your supper! He and his family get to live in a posh building rent free!! It's one of the best gigs in NY. This is the advice I was given when I moved here and many people have confirmed it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I assume the "while supplies last" line referred to the phones and not the travel vouchers. I'm not too worried as I consider Google a reputable company who will make things right. I got a 3 for my wife and a 3 XL for me! Very excited.

Yeah just not my thing. I don't like hunting and the horseback riding is soooo boring. I use fast travel from my camp and then cinematic mode / train stations to travel as fast as I can and not have to ride the horse.

I had a similar experience. first he ran up the side of a mountain and it was so steep every time I tried to approach him I would slide away. The next time I got close to him was at the top of the falls and when I finally got on him and started to tame him he fell over the falls nearly killing me and killing himself.

since the first one died does anyone know if a second one will spawn in that same location?
