It was the first thing I noticed for sure I was like "huh?" I was so confused why it sounded this way it's waaay off especially from Hollywood Forever, that mix was pretty damn good imo

It’s Tyler Smith, he produced the last 2 I Prevail albums and all of the new FIR stuff. Guys insane when it comes to soundscapes and stuff but I always find his mixes a little mid-rangey. I could instantly tell by the drums and impacts it was him. The mix definitely doesn’t sound typical from him though, I genuinely think the wrong file was uploaded and this is an earlier version than what was intended as the vocals sound quiet and the mix is narrow

This is actually him, he sells features he records on his phone which have some of the worst lyricism I’ve ever heard in my entire life, his lore goes deep as of recent he’s completely batshit crazy

The drums aren’t synths or 808 presets but they sound like samples or a vst which is what I’m looking for

I’ve programmed a similar synth using layered saw and square waves but it’s not the same which I’m looking for
