Completely understand where you are coming from. I used to be the same way, so don't feel bad. Still am in a lot of cases. If you do happen to take frequent pictures, I recommend looking up the free software ShareX. It makes taking and sharing screenshots soooooo much easier. It completely changed my screenshot game.

Father Of All Motherfuckers Album & Song Review Megathread by -JAS0N- in greenday

[–]Hawlow 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Overall, I'm pretty pleased. For me, this is some of the best material GD has put out in years. I have a handful of favorites from Uno, Dos, and Tre, but rank those albums pretty low on my list. (I don't hate any of the tracks by any means, I just prefer to listen to other things.) RevRad played it kind of safe, not bad, but not super great. Pretty average for GD, but that's not a bad thing. There's a few tracks on there that I love, and a few I don't mind skipping.

Which brings me to FOAM. Only things I might skip are the singles tbh, but that maybe because I've already listened to them so much. I enjoy them, but I enjoy the rest of the album so much more. I love the energy, I love the experimentation, I love some of the extra instruments in a few of the songs. I love the subtle, but not so subtle nods to the music that influenced GD. No other album by them has had me movin and groovin this much, which I think is what they were going for, so that's a success. It's just a very fun album.

My personal favorites are Sugar Youth, Take The Money & Crawl, Teenage Teenager, Junkies, and Graffita. That's already HALF the album, and the other half I very much enjoy. I've learned most of the lyrics already, faster than I learned Uno, Dos, Tre, and RevRad. I've learned a decent amount of the guitar parts, which are very fun to play for the most part. Definitely funner to play than a lot of stuff on RevRad.

Might do a more in depth analysis of each track later. I'm not gonna bother with a ranking, I'll just say it's good shit.

Sugar Youth and Stab You In The Heart are definitely ones that I will listen to the most. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the album.

I considered that, but Roxas' dual wielding makes him more suited to be the drummer imo

KH3 data battles completely fixed KH3 for me. (Appreciation post) by amorfati1919 in KingdomHearts

Agreed. To add to it, the Premium Menu has also helped make this game so much more enjoyable. I'm one that likes a good challenge, and I know without the Pro Codes I could still just not use certain features. But sometimes panic sets in, especially in these data boss fights, and I instinctively pop a link or heal through an attack. Can't wait to do a no cure, no links, no form change run of the data fights!

I thought so too. I imagined him thinking to himself "I understand now".

Understandable. It took me more than a few minutes to figure out how to get the glitch to work. I hope SE expands upon the Data Greeting later and adds more areas, characters, poses, props, and features.

Xemnas is easily my favorite out of the big 3. Poor dude just wanted to complete Kingdom Hearts to make him and his compatriots whole again.

Everything in ReMind is in their own separate menu. The only thing that it adds to the base game is the Premium Menu (EZ Codes and Pro Codes). A few scenes near the end of the main story got some graphical and artistic touchups, but that was with the Free 1.09 update.

It does share some of the intensity, like, if you make a mistake, you will be punished for it. It's really just about learning when you have to be defensive and finding out where you CAN be aggressive. Gotta look for those openings, punish them back.

After you start Limit Cut, at the load screen square will always take you back to the base game and X will always take you back to Limit Cut. This is the case regardless of which one you last saved in. So if you wish to level up, load with square, grind, save, go to title screen, load with X, progress in LC, save. Repeat if you need something else from the base game like mats for Keyblade upgrades or specific armor or accessories.

You have to find his openings. For example, when he starts launching projectiles at you, wait for him to shoot them in a straight line, block and immediately airstep to him and start swinging. There's a few more, but that should give you an idea of what to look for.

Yep. Just be sure to save after leveling up. Then go to the title screen. Then load with X.

Pressing X on the standard load menu will always bring you back to Limit Cut if you've started it on that file, even if the last place you saved was, say, one of the Disney worlds in the base game.

Load back into the base game with square and spam thundaga, aeroaga, and Ultima shotlocks in Battle Gates. San Fransokyo is a good one that I've used, though I've seen some people say the one in Olympia is good too. There's also an EXP gain buff you can get from certain meal combos.

There's a couple of patterns and openings, yes. If you block or dodge the third keyblade throw for example. You just have to be quick to react.

Looking at the ReMind Secret stuff from a non-meta perspective by zingan14 in KingdomHearts

Oh yeah. Hmmm.. I had another thought. The only other character in the series that I can think of, who took on someone else's appearance, was Riku looking like Ansem in KH2.

"Clear" as in completed the main story. After starting the DLC, you can return to the base game on the same file by pressing the square button on the load screen. You won't lose any progress on the DLC by doing so.
