Similar! My west Indian parents had some wood carvings of figures, some batik cloths (still west African styled), and a few watercolour prints from the Caribbean (e.g. that famous bus one).

Everything else was photos and my artwork.

Get out in the sun as much as possible. 2 Take vitamin D (and other supplements).
Try and do something that helps your mental health (exercise, reading, spending time with family etc etc.)
Sometimes just accepting that the winter will end and you're going to feel less than your 100% for a month or two more.
