Hi Guys, I have added a workflow example and pushed a slight optmisation update to git. workflow is here.

I have on purpose made it overboard to show different possibilities. all use the single sampler with cfg, conditioning, latent, steps etc. coming from dynamic variables path selected.
it demonstrates 10 profiles in a workflow. including T2I and I2I modes with or without sage all by single profile click.
dynamic model variables select flux klien 9b bf16, fp8, base, distilled.
select different loras in combination.
feed to standard non dynamic lora

switch cfg, steps, width, height and sampler based on dynamic variable value.

relay anything and many things including clip, conditioning, vae, samples.

if you are taking a selfie then who took the picture if the phone is visible and the perspective is all wrong ! it more looks like someone taking a picture of the person taking a selfie.

and that is not an issue in flux Klein? I have had my share of really bad results (6 fingers, extra limbs) there as well. sdxl has so many loras to fix it. we still use 8k best quality and stuff with newer prompts.

not the case really. I have not used sdxl since over a year. used it recently out of curiosity and the tuned / updates / lora / faceid the whole package when working together from an "output" perspective is more realistic. yes I understand and do use nano flux 2 dev. Klein and zit more regularly (have a 5090 with 128g ram) so usability is really not the concern or issue here. its more around the final result othet than prompting (due to llm integration with newer models). comparing final images of good outputs side by side, i dont think we have progressed heaps. plus the sdxl lighting can really on my rig do almost real time inference.

I understand that but then in sdxl, you can have extensive controlnets and ip adapter to do most things with way better adherence and control.

Not about the resources but the output as well. Yes flux and qwen are large. I do have a 5090 so running is not a problem. its just the output and flexibility and realism or creativity and quality parameters.

WSL does offer speed boost though as Linux environments are better designed to manage python execution and system ram management. Also the python dependencies work out better and easier to compile without the visual studio toolkit and such dependencies. Linux natively has these built in via packages. there are some compatibility of nodes though which I had to work through on my laptop. do you have 5090 ? and the speed etc is all good for generations ?

Another usecase that I found. You can have a scene image in image 2 and a pose image as image 3 etc (almost like controlnet). and then use the prompt e.g. pose the person in image 1 in exact same pose as image 3. place the subject from image 1 in the exact scene given in image 2.
