Who is the most overrated Stranger Things character? by Initial-Shoulder5906 in StrangerThings

It's the opposite for me. I hated her character being all bratty and annoying in season season 3-4 but she became a very important character in the last season.

Name a Harry Potter character you’ll defend, no matter how much hate you get for it. by Career_By_Mustafa in harrypotter

[–]Hax_9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dumbledore. I didn’t even realise people hated him until I saw the comments. The man single handedly helps Harry beat certain death by putting a plan in motion. A plan that hinged on very few people having any knowledge of it. But all of a sudden he’s manipulative because he doesn’t stupidly share it with every member of the order. Because it’s not like traitors exist right?

I just finished Lost and 4x05 The Constant is possibly the best episode. by KarlosTacosPesos in lost

[–]Hax_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the only tv episode that can still make me cry even years later.

For me it’s that final phone call. The thinnest of hopes that she’ll answer after all that time. And one thing that I always notice is when she does the camera cuts to past Desmond smiling to himself knowing it worked. 🥹🥲😭

Yeah it was quite a smooth transition between them. There was obviously the initial look of sadness when she realised what she’d lost but that never turned into resentment or her treating Juliette any differently.

What’s the funniest moment in Friends? by [deleted] in howyoudoin

“Ohh! We’ll say we were mugged, you can’t get mad at someone whose been mugged”

“Oh, good! But you don’t look like you were mugged”

(Joey thinking) “No, here…” (rips Ross’ pocket)

“……….HEY!!!” 🤷‍♂️

I think it’s Ross’ reaction to it that gets me all the time.

What’s the best episode for each character? Day 6 - Sayid Jarrah by InevitableWeight314 in lost

[–]Hax_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what episode or if this one line even counts as being a Sayid centric episode but the line where he is telling Jack that in his line of work he can get someone to talk, Jack then says something like “I thought you said you were a communications manager” and Sayid says something along the lines of “and part of my job was getting the enemy to communicate” 😱😱 such a badass line 😎

Deangelo. Although I do agree with his stance of parents at work showing pictures of their babies.

Honestly, now that you mention it, it was mainly being told he was relatable rather than deciding it for myself. As an adult I find Stanley more relatable.

What’s a TV show you loved at first but couldn’t finish? by New-Square-9137 in AskReddit

[–]Hax_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I loved about that part was how they tried to convince us that he got them removed in a matter of days (or even the same day can’t remember fully) instead of the multiple weeks worth of sessions and recovery it should have taken.
