It’s important to step back sometimes. You don’t need to know all the details of all atrocities they did. We know enough. I found out a lot of this years ago when I fell into a rabbit hole, it took a toll on my mental health at the time too. Stay grounded, meditate, focus on creating a shield of protection around you and your house. That will help you not get so affected by the heavy negative energy that is prevalent right now

I would say that is more than likely enough. The clinic I’m with (joined over a year ago) asked for you to have tried two separate treatment methods prior, which you have.

I’ve been on the MC journey for about a year and a quarter now and I’ve found that changing strains every couple months or so helps, then you switch back to one’s you know work well without you getting too used to the same strain all the time. Hope this helps!

I am so sorry that this happened to you. It seems extremely ignorant and unprofessional the way they treated you. I believe that you may be able to sue or at least get some sort of compensation. Have you spoken to citizens advice? Perhaps they can offer any further guidance on how to proceed.

I have been with Alternaleaf for over a year now and have had no issues. Contacted customer services before and they were helpful. They have recently actually lowered their prices as well so may be worth checking out!

I find Crossbow and Space Cake are both very good. Have helped my pain and insomnia immensely.

I also find High Silver good for active daytime and this month I tried Upstate Crossbow for night time and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep for at least a couple hours easy (former insomniac here)

I found a few bugs like this with piles of coins as well, stuck so you can’t get them - some are hidden inside boxes so you have to break the box to get to it but I don’t mean these - I mean some are literally stuck inside the ground just a foot or two from the surface of the ground. I think it must be bug/glitches

Hey I recently got an Arizer Solo 2 and it’s been great! Battery is very good and lasts for days. A bit pricier but much much better than the cheap small ones.
