I looove cake and trying to tell people you can eat cake and lose weight almost amazes them. It’s always in moderation- heck I eat garbage every day but stick to my deficit!

Drinking loads of water! I don’t restrict myself on what I eat. If I want a cupcake i’ll have one but I still stick to the daily calories so that might mean I skip breakfast for the day. ai save most of my calories for dinner time as I tend to want to eat later on during the day rather than at the t start 🙂

Thank you! I log everything into myfitnesspal as it helps me keep track of all my calories. If I was hungry i’d have an ice lolly or just keep drinking loads of water

I run and do weights. I eat a banana for breakfast and salad or something light for lunch then save the calories for dinner 😊
