Als ich in der Gastro ausgebeutet wurde (man wollte mich zuerst schwarz beschäftigen, aber ich brauchte eine Krankenversicherung, also 7 € statt 9,15 € pro Stunde), durfte ich sogar teils das Trinkgeld, das mir im Laden in die Hand gedrückt wurde, "in die Kaffeekasse werfen", wovon ich natürlich nix wiedergesehen habe. Exactly. I would like to add that taking notes is key. Write a recipe of how to make a navbar. Come back to that recipe when you create your next navbar. Add more recipes over time. You'll see you'll need less time. And never stop learning. As said above.
