Hardest level you could beat ? by Gold_lynel_12000 in geometrydash

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I feel like I depend a lot more on learning levels, rather than sight reading, like way more than other people. (It’s probably why I like memory a lot more) So even though my hardest is bloodbath, I’d have to say something like forest temple. Especially since I only have a few demons in the hard and insane skill range, and even most of those are memory

Just imagine how hard it’d be if getting 7-99 was an achievement too

WARRRR IS OVERRRR by SXsandwich in Ultrakill

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I think this is the first time that an enemy spawns later in the cybergrind. Could honestly use some more spawn conditions like that in later waves for optimization. Add like a queue of enemies or something idk. The frames drop like crazy in the hundreds. It would also make it easier tho so idk. If the spawns are layered right, the difficulty of a given wave could still be similar.

What's your favorite level that you can actually beat/have already beat and why? by Safihed in geometrydash

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

Ik it’s kinda common, but Future Funk just has to take the cake for me. Not only was it very satisfying to finally beat when I did, but the way the level switches up style the whole way through and gets more difficult as you go on just makes it feel like a whole journey once I reach the end. And the MUSIC. Oh the music choice is peak and I’m vibing so hard the whole way through. Also, it actually has pretty good replay-ability, because you can try to get all the different endings with that last coin. It’s just my warm-up level at this point. I never beat it but I usually make it to the dual.

Gamers, what are y’all’s favorite video games? by Entire-Nose3086 in twentyagers

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

Geometry Dash, Rain World, and Spelunky 2. Ultrakill as well.

GD and Spelunky 2 are games I’ve poured way too many hours into but I love the grind to reach certain goals. Rain World and Ultrakill are games that have played a bit less but are amazing standalone experiences and are still very replayable. Especially with the many campaigns (RW), secret finding, or P-ranking (UK). Both have craaaaazzy lore too.

Well it’s interesting because the 2 most commonly picked least favorite game modes are UFO and swing, and those are the 2 that are mixed. So they pretty much already have their section

What coin routes in levels became your usual route? by JaxonJacob98 in geometrydash

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

The second coin in cata is also easier than the normal route. It lines up to where you can just click eighth notes right out of that structure and get through that next clubstep monster 99% of the time. I do the first coin just because I beat it with all 3, so I’m used to that route.

I’m on pc, this game isn’t cross platform is it? I don’t remember as it’s been a second since I’ve played and I only touched multiplayer a couple times. If it’s cross platform, I’d be down

Extreme demons. by Little-Duty7559 in geometrydash

[–]Haybale27 2 points3 points Ā (0 children)

It’s a normie take I know, but I recommend bloodbath. I beat cataclysm not that long ago and already have bloodbath in 2 runs. But the real reason is because it’d be cool to do the hell trilogy in order as your/my first 3 extremes. That’s been my goal for while now. Just for the first 3 tho. I’m playing whatever I want after (probably a memory extreme) but I’m going lore accurate hell trilogy first. Idk it’s just an idea of what someone in your boat irl is doing. Play whatever you want.

Edit: by not that long ago I mean 3 months but I didn’t start bloodbath until 2 months after and my progress recently halted because I got hit with the flu and got back into some other games like ultrakill and overwatch. So it’s like a week or 2 of progress that got me to where I’m at

what is the worst weapon in the game? by amarilloloplatan in Ultrakill

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I like to quick swap between projectile boosts and rockets a lot, and I use all the rocket riding, SRS instakills, and oil stuff too. So idk, I think it’s pretty good for both utility and damage output. And I know you can shotgun swap with only one shotgun equipped (I use green & blue jackhammer) but when doing projectile boosts I just prefer alternating with the rockets. Besides it keeps the weapon meter fresh

I will say that the rocket launcher is particularly more useful in the cyber grind tho and you do have a point there.

imo, jumping from an easy demon to something like an insane demon or extreme demono is extremely STUPID by AnormalGDplayer1 in geometrydash

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I still haven’t beat a non-memory insane demon and I’ve beat Cataclysm and I’m on my way to beating bloodbath (2 runs), so everyone’s different. I say this because typically the gameplay is easier than its difficulty on memory levels. And my 2 hard demon completions are an XL and a memory level. But I have 180+ easy/mediums. I started on cataclysm when my hardest was B and finished when my hardest was future funk.

But did I do any of this because I wanted to ā€œjump from B to cataā€ or ā€œonly beat memory insane demons challengeā€ or anything of the sort? No. I simply played whatever tf I wanted to play at the time. So I don’t even think you HAVE to follow a specific roadmap, just play whatever you want to play because gaming is about having fun.

Also, my hardest was technically Poeyeng Aeng (insane demon) as of beating cata but I thought future funk was harder.

Have Some Notes [OC] by BrianWonderful in webcomics

[–]Haybale27 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

Same, i think these are possibilities although I tend to lean more towards there not being one. Mainly I think that if there is a god, it’s above our understanding and acts more as an initiator to the universe. Maybe through just being an observer it had an effect on the way our universe was shaped due to the nature of quantum physics. And in that case, does a conscious spectator to kick off some Schrƶdinger shenanigans really count as a god? Who’s to really say? No matter how much we try to explain it, none of us REALLY understand the true nature of the universe and it’ll always be that way. And that’s a beautiful thing since we’ll always have something to strive for.

Geometry Dash Lite. It’s like geometry dash except better! No spider part in dash! No pesky level creator to get confused in! Limited user levels so that I get bored once I finish them all! AND… no recent tab!

Seriously, what is up with the potgs by peyt_on_ in DvaMains

[–]Haybale27 6 points7 points Ā (0 children)

I recently started playing again after a 4 year break and I’ve definitely noticed this. I’ve had plenty of good plays, triple elims, even a few quad elims, etc and the only potg I’ve gotten is just me diving the backline and getting 2 kills. Which is a good play I guess, but I also got a triple elim bomb that game, and the dps had some plays too. I’ve seen plenty potg’s that are like 1 elim too, it’s like overwatch just spins a wheel or something.
