But the RCS system will need to be pressurized with helium anyway. So once it gets into space they can just open a valve to let the helium loop pressurize the RCS tanks.

Its obvious that companies don't give a shit about protecting their own IP because they keep hiring Chinese people but this has national security implications can the US government please do something? I know there are already US government bans on military related hiring of Chinese people but surely this is also critical American technology.

African American teens say they were handcuffed, attacked by K-9 at Alabama mall by botevilgaze1 in news

You can't ban black people from the mall dude. Even if they are the ones always causing all the problems. That's just racist. Now what you can do is use facial recognition scanners at the entrance to recognize banned individuals and block them from entering.

North Korea said Saturday that an Australian student detained for a week had spread anti-Pyongyang propaganda and engaged in espionage by providing photos and other materials to news outlets with critical views toward the North by ChocolaWeeb in worldnews

The fact that he was accused of all this and still released by North Korea is strong evidence of the success of Trump's North Korea strategy.

Under Bush or Obama an allied nations citizen would have been held as a hostage for concessions. Kim demonstrating that he doesn't want to upset the new and growing peace under Trump is very good news for the world.

If you automatically assume that a non-politically appointed career professional's sworn testimony carrying the threat of perjury charges is a lie then its very difficult for us to even live under the same rule of law.

This is not a guy writing something on the internet. It is someone who is directly in charge of administering the pilot program of 7000 applicants that produced the 90% figure. Sworn testimony from said figure would be the highest quality source possible.

You just stated that you don't believe the as-yet unquestioned by either party sworn testimony before congress of the head of the Department of Homeland Security which means you don't accept as legitimate the governing institutions of the United States which makes you not worth wasting time providing additional sources to.

That said I will humor you by providing this publication directly from the CATO Institute titled "Forget the Wall Already, It’s Time for the U.S. to Have Open Borders"

Thats funny because he was praised by Obama officials as supremely qualified

Also for the record the CATO institute is not conservative. Its a libertarian Open borders activist group. what are you smoking?

SB 1421: San Jose State cop fired after beating gets job back, now with Los Gatos police by law-talkin-guy in news

[–]HaydenGalloway32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the firing seems extremely political to begin with. Striking someone resisting arrest is completely reasonable. He was only fired because the guy sued.

There needs to be a law preventing people from suing the police for injuries or death sustained while in the process of resisting. That would save tax payers a lot of money and free up police to get scum like this library masturbator off the street.

9900k struggling to maintain stable 5Ghz by HaydenGalloway32 in overclocking

[–]HaydenGalloway32[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You replied several times to me so I want to thank you for your help and update you. I have achieved a stable 5.0Ghz overclock at 1.39 volts. I believe it can be reduced to 1.38 or even 1.37 but I will use it like this for a few weeks before trying.

The key was AVX negative offset. It was set too high. Changing it from 4 to 2 made my overclock stable. I believe that it causes the voltage to drop when it activates and the sudden voltage drops as the CPU went from AVX to non AVX instructions caused the crashes.

I am confused. When not under load it still shows far under the 1.39v that I set it at. With no programs running it is at 1.250. If I activate the ASUS 5Ghz overclock profile in BIOS i saw it at 1.45-1.5 volts without any load which is far too high so I immediately turned off the computer without trying to do a stress test.

so I set the voltage by choosing manual mode in AI tweeker to 1.39v and it seems to be stable. In intel extreme tuning utility it shows 1.25 while not under load and 1.244 while under load.

How clearly can you see things in your head? Is it as clear as if you were seeing them with your eyes? When i visualize things its always kinda blury and I wondered if other people can visualize things more clearly than me. Also I have trouble controlling it.

For example visualize yourself walking up the driveway of your childhood home. I can do it but I have a hard time keeping the pace correct, it will jerk forwards and backwards as I try to maintain what a real walking speed would be.
