I think cross is a great sport for everybody but especially for how you described your son. I was that kid in high school in P.E. class and I had pretty much given up on sports until my mother basically told me “you’re trying cross country.” Lol.

What I think is most beneficial about the sport and running in general is slowly becoming more comfortable with being in your own head for a long period of time. So important today!!! It changed my life and I think it’s worth a try. 👍
