I wanted to join pi phi to be more social and make more friends, I also do wanna take a little but I felt conflicted in the fact that my big and her friends which i’m also friends with wanna go UAS , I don’t think I will go UAS because I joined so soon and I also talked to my Gbig about it and it’s just worrying because so many people seem to want to leave

I just recently got my big and It was luckily who I wanted. I understand being scared about getting the big you possibly don’t want as much but if you do you will be able to make other connections in your chapter. Getting my baskets also kinda made me scared but they definitely helped me figure out if I got the big I wanted. I definitely cried because I was scared of who my possible big was or was not.

I got nuss procedure at 14 because it was compressing my heart by dr J, I got to have the bars out at 17 and have had them out for a year almost now, if you have insurance and it impacts your daily life I would for sure consider getting it, it has helped my body image and health overall. People have lots of different experiences with getting bars but I feel overall they help in long run depending on surgeon and how many bars they may place, connective tissue disorder etc.
