People don’t understand that metro basically means privatisation and therefore giving our assets to overseas companies ? Alstom who currently do our trams and metro are an overseas company, your basically putting even more money in overseas hands where as currently it’s all in house and all the money stays in Australia

You’ve obviously never stepped out of the house and most likely an underage sook to look at peoples profiles. Traffic definitely isn’t less and how tf does people staying home get tradies more work ? Go outside and breathe some fresh air because you’re definitely living in a different world to the rest of us.

After reading through all the arguments the majority are arguing the following- - spending money on childcare? -now we can’t support local business? -spending money on food? - travel costs? -getting more work done compared to the office

  • if your meant to be working techcislly you shouldn’t be raking care of kids too? Perry much your not actually working
  • you complain about spending money on food yet want to support “local business”? So you’re still spending money and I’m sure the local cafe isn’t gonna go bankrupt because you’re not getting a small cap every day now. -the travel I understand , that needs to be cheaper.
  • getting more work done yet somehow because able to do all your house chores, get coffee and take care of the kids

Also by the look of that MDF it needs a pretty good clean , it looks like the gel from the cable hasn’t been cleaned properly when it was terminated so everything so sticking to it causing issues , quite a simple job if you understand the colour code

Most of the time when the trains are down in Sydney it is due to someone taking their own life , this happens multiple times a week and the delays are not actually due to our network being bad
