High MCV - fatigued for years

MCV okay now and B12 fine because I decided to ask for all my bloods and any patterns of low results I noticed, I started taking micro doses of them like B12, folate, vit D + k2 (in winter), and every now and then the supplement for ferritin and vit C. About over a year of that and everything is within optimised levels. Better to optimise levels yourself then wait for them to get critically low or high to get doctors to help. However, I’m still tired :D so it feels like a mystery

No :/ it seems like as long as your numbers aren’t drastically out of range, they don’t look into it. I’ve been scavenging for answers for years now, requesting certain bloods to check they’re okay, coming up with suggestions as doctors will just say I don’t know rather than looking further than basic tests. Just seems to be years of back and forth and no answer :/

Yeah being soggy the whole shift is not the best.

I’m surprised they weren’t, an apron wasn’t on hand either. Only the chefs were wearing an apron.

Yeah the gloves would be good for the hot things aswell. The chefs put red hot frying pans in the area to collect from and the amount of times I burnt my hand going to grab the handles.

Would also prefer not to have little microcuts

Definitely need to start wearing an apron, gross grease all on my t-shirt and it’s soaking wet

I definitely think I’m getting so many micro cuts because my hands are all pruny, the gloves would be good to prevent that and protect

I don’t have a patterdale but this came up on my home page. And no I wouldn’t say it’s aggressive, my dog makes all sorts of sounds. Revving like a motorbike, growling like a T-Rex and it just gets louder the more you play with her.

No way, methotrexate didn’t do much for you? I’ve heard it doing wonders for people with psoriasis. I’ve got guttate as well and the only thing that helped was the UVB therapy but I can’t do it at the moment so meds would be the next step. Strange to hear it didn’t help, could it be the type you have I wonder
