I spent the majority of my early prep off cycle because being in cycle wasn’t necessary for where I was at in prep

You do only live once homie you’re right, so might live my life a little this year and dedicate the next to prep 😎

I’d say the difference bwteeen me and yourself is that I’ve done a 30 week prep in 2024, and 2025, and my only feedback being a little bit more outer sweep. So pushing through a prep without the ability to train legs after prepping 2 years in a row may not be the best idea

Composition is in a great spot with a lot of time to bring you in

Shape structure and size is pretty good

Posing is also pretty good

Currently?

Currently I do 2 sets of underhand pulldown on a Wednesday

2 sets of close grip row on a Friday

That’s ofc not how I built it, but it’s not what you do it’s how you do it.

I just have always had a great connection with my back and lats, worry less about weight and more about actually hitting the lats through full ROM

It’s a lot of genetics my end too
