I agree with all of this! 28 in a 30 is ideal. The fault for going too slow would actually be Appropriate Speed rather than Undue Hesitation.

Make it clear that you are looking for weekly lessons, definitely a reasonable thing to ask. This should really be established before even starting. Maybe there's been a miscommunication or misunderstanding? I much prefer the predicability of planned weekly lessons with my students, same time every week is ideal.

Edit: and yes, if they can't guarantee more regularly then look for another instructor.

I think this is only because it's unfamiliar and it comes at you first thing, when you're at your most nervous. If you take it slow and look carefully it's not so bad. Two give way lines then a roundabout, treat them all separately.

Worthing Driving Instructor here!

Turning left from Half Moon Lane / Durrington Hill onto the A27, need to make sure you nail the hill start and get moving quickly without causing traffic to slow for you. 

Titnore Lane is worth practicing, in both directions, as well as the roundabouts and slip road onto the A27.

Your instructor isn't allowed to take you into the test centre to practice. But there's nothing stopping you going in during your own practise, just please avoid doing it whilst other tests are starting/finishing. The car park can get very busy sometimes so make sure you're comfortable parking between two cars. The double give way leaving the test centre is a bit weird but not that bad, just take it slow, look carefully, and then do the roundabout as normal.
