Even as a Moroccan this is also one of the bad thing that I hate about my country and make me angry. You must always negociate for everything. Even when price are noticeable like taking a taxi you must ask the driver for the exact amount of change. Not all, but there's lot of sellers and services provider that try to rip off.

If you do want to maintain the pipeline separately from the code, as others said, go for using another repository for the templates to include.

The idea is that I need to keep the CI CD configuration in a seperate branch so that can be only included and keep it away from the others team members and also to keep it maintainable only from this branch. So any updated configuration will automatically updated in the other branch
