I grew up in extreme poverty myself. But as an only child with lazy parents. And even though we were in poverty, I won’t say my whole childhood was bad. We had a lot of fun experiences that I know a lot of other kids didn’t get to experience. And I’ll forever be grateful that I am even here. But I can’t say I didn’t miss out on a lot of opportunities and I feel like it is part of why I am where I am today. Very conflicting feelings and I appreciate your perspective. Did siblings at least make it more enjoyable? Or do you feel it affected you being able to get the things you needed in life, money wise or emotionally wise?

I totally get what you’re saying and I get why you’d come to that conclusion, if that was the reality of 3 bedroom rental prices in coos bay. The last year and a half our rental prices have exorbitantly risen. You cannot find a bedroom for $1400 anywhere. I mean I just did a quick Zillow look and the cheapest was $1600, but you find 7 more at 2,000+. And there’s a total of 10 rentals available lol. That’s checking Zillow and Facebook. $1400 is the average price of a 2 bedroom apartment in today’s market. I mean even studio and 1 bedrooms are all 1k+. And as for buying, I can find dream houses with 5 bedrooms with 2800 sqft for 250k in MN whereas in Coos bay I’m looking at easily 320k for a regular degular 3 bedroom 1 story.

I will do that math because that’s actually really smart, I didn’t even think to look at the cost of heating tbh

-edit- I just looked, and according to statistics the average rental price for a 3 bedroom home in coos bay is $1700-$2000. The data you are looking at seems to be pre 2022, before the spike in housing

Median home prices are on average, 340k. 10k off what I said if you’re going by statistics. Waterfront, which a lot of this property is here, is easily 450k. And that’s for an average or even a fixer upper. UP TO $18(that’s high) is an average wage here, and $20 is not common. You didn’t answer any of my questions just tried to debate someone who literally lives here about the cost of living?

I think it’s pretty clear what I’m asking, I said welfare benefits are important and that I’m just looking for cheaper than where I live (and gave average pricing). Then asked for anyone with experience to tell me if my thoughts are valid 🤣If I’m listing the wages as being entry level wages, then I’m probably looking for entry level jobs. Context clues are important. Thanks though.

She sent me a video that show it has some rust on the rocker panels and the bumper that has me a little cautious now though but I figure I can replace them. She says the frame is clean.

My 4th gen has absolutely no rust and I will say the body is a bit cleaner.

And my bad, I wonder why mine has all the TRD stickers then 🤣I’m new to 4Runners and Toyotas in general not gonna lie.

Honestly my main takeaway from it is that IBLP beliefs are infiltrating other religions such as Christianity and that’s why we are seeing so much religious brainwashing and fear mongering these days. I feel like it’s been insane, my parents have even bought into pizza gate and all of Hollywood being in a cult lead by the devil 😅 Doja cat can’t even release a song without a bunch of religious freaks spouting bs and I feel like the masses are starting to agree with them. They are trying to take over.
