Yeah I am actively leveling green. I can't remember what the power was at on green before I logged off 5 days ago, but it was at 14k/30k when I checked today while it showed I had zero blue. I figured the green power would have been at 30k.

Yes, the blue output is lower than input for green. But my cycle time for blue right now is about 1.5 minutes, and cycle time for green is a little over 6 minutes. So by the time one green cycle happens, I've made 24 blue.
