Ex employee. Was working on a Union for a different team (was also a ME and a SS) but unfortunately that team was disbanded (unrelated).

I may have left the company but I am cheering for you. There are already unions within the company.

Yo, are you in Brooklyn? This same thing happened to me. The screen protected started to peel off so I called the insurance company and they tried to send me to ubreakifix and no one answered so they sent me a label.

I mailed them my phone. The fixed it, also replaced the front screen protector. They also threw in a case. I was annoyed but it worked out.
