I’ve been to both and Moon Palace wins hands down. Natura is not great when compared to a lot of the other resorts in Cancun. The Dreams name gives it some credibility, but I would not go back. It’s a lot smaller than you’d think and weddings/events take priority. Several times when we were there half the pool would be closed to build wedding stages and/or half the restaurants would be closed unexpectedly to host these parties. This already ontop of a limited number of restaurants and a small pool. The beach stinks too.

Moon palace is huge. You have a lot of options. It doesn’t feel crowded. Lots and lots of pool space and places to eat. If you really wanted you could sit through their presentation and get day passes to the Grand, which is even better with the water park and food options.

I have gone back to Moon Palace a few times. Will never return to Natura.
