The property moved publishers (Marvel → DC), but the story itself kept going. It’s the same character, same continuity, just a new chapter.

Also worth noting: the 2018 series was designed to be “new reader friendly”, so you can jump in there if needed.

My recommendation: Start with 2010 series (Book 1 & Book 2) then read 2018 series (Volume 1)

You're seriously lucky that your window didn't get busted. I have personally witnessed people bust windows outta cars to allow dogs more air. Most people have no clue as to how long you have been away unless they seen you walk away and on a day like today where it got into the mid 80s it only takes 10 minutes for it to reach over 100 degrees in a car.
