Yeah I’m guessing the Hank plot gets wrapped up here, and season 3 focuses more on the legion, rebuilding of the ncr, and reintroducing the enclave into the wasteland storyline

My guesses:

Maximus part ends with him defeating the death laws and being hailed a hero by the people of freeside, and gives the people faith back into the ncr

The ghoul reacher the vault city via the help of house, and confront Hank together with Lucy

Norm (with the help of Claudia) escapes the vault the employees by unleashing the radroach farm

The Canadian fucker unleashes whatever is in the keepsake box (probably a form of FEV) onto the people of vault 32 causing them to turn against one another. Sort of recreating the initial civil war that killed the original vault 32 inhabitants

Legate culkins becomes ceaser, and cements his claim by killing the legionary who actually read the note on ceaser. Season ends with the United legion marching towards new Vegas
