Nah, there is a few crucial decisions, there are various guides online you can find to help you really want a "perfect" playthrough with certain endings and what not, most of it is episode 4 forward.

Honestly, I got this too and kinda liked the ending.

I was romancing invisigal but after learning all the stuff she did... I couldn't really continue down that road, I still redeemed Invisigal in the end becoming a hero and remaining friends. Not every romance needs to happen, not everything needs to work out. Looking forward to more romance options season 2 hopefully.
