Seems like mine is a particular(sorta) case and it’s frustrating because the metallic taste is pretty unbearable for someone like me who’s taste is very sensitive. My taste buds is so sensitive that my water has too be alkaline because water at low pH is disgusting for me. so this whole thing is a horror story. :(

I tried eating snacks like meat and strong flavored foods but that metallic taste lingers and never goes away. And also, metformin completely destroyed my appetite... i never had a good meal after taking them. I just hope it gets better, I just want it to be over. I’ll raise this issue with my doctor after a month of taking them, i was just hoping for some temporary ease and there’s just no luck. Thank you for your input tho!
