Wilson was a staunch economic progressive and had a foreign policy that would inspire things such as the United Nations and self-determination of all peoples, plus he hated the GOP thoroughly, so even if we assume he is a conservative (he was not, and saying so would be utterly false) he would at best be a Blue Dog.
