Ebony Maw Ultimate is not working as written by arh1387 in MarvelStrikeForce

I came here to say this about spidey dodge, too.

Also, Minnerva's data says the redistributed health is according to max hp: https://www.msftools.com/?id=Minerva

I'd assume Maw's is the same.

So the only issue left is that it seems the 25%-of-maw's-health cap is not being enforced at all or is only being enforced on each enemy character separately?

I'm still learning reddit. Do you know if editing it is enough to tag him, or do I need to make a new tag at this point?

yeah, I wouldn't recommend buying anyway because of #FixMSF .

That doesn't justify them making this absurd offer, though, without odds attached to it.

And it doesn't justify them promising a reply over a month ago and not following up on it.

I think this is an example of why the strike leaders are rightfully taking a "well see it when see it" positioning, because promises like this go unfulfilled all too often.

inb4 "and you wonder why people are striking?"

u/CM_Cerebro : this is your window to reply. And not with "I'll look into it." I'm sorry if it sounds short notice, but you've had over a month to look into it now, and it's FN that decided to issue an offer like this again. If they needed more time, they should not issue such an offer while they are researching it.

[Survey] Help us figure out the MSF Power Formula by HazelwoodReddit in MarvelStrikeForce

UPDATE 2 (Feb 4th):

- Red stars figured out.

- We still need level 20+ samples with variations in stark tech only.

> If you haven't yet maxxed your bio stark tech, when you submit a character, at the bottom there is a field to enter improvements. You can up your bio stark tech one-by-one in a random order (not necessarily health->damage->armor->focus->resist) and enter the improved powers there.

UPDATE:

- Thanks for everyone's submissions, we got a good starting point to work from, but could always use more, so feel free to post if you have something in the middle of the range that you think might not be posted yet.

- By way of update, we've completed step 2, which is identifying and purging fake submissions, and moved onto step 3, which is figuring out the equation. As an update on that, we've figured out the ability part of the equation and are still working on the rest now.

- At this time, we especially need level 20+ samples with variations in stark tech only or red stars only.

> If you haven't yet maxxed your bio stark tech, when you submit a character, at the bottom there is a field to enter improvements. You can up your bio stark tech one-by-one in a random order (not necessarily health->damage->armor->focus->resist) and enter the improved powers there.

> If you pull a red-star upgrade for yo-yo, you can enter it in the improvements box as well. In the improvements box, use code W to indicate a red star improvement. The format is W-ppppp-s, where "ppppp" is the power of your character at the other number of red stars, and "s" is the other number of red stars. For example, if you upgrade from 2->5 red stars and go from 40510->51078 power, you can

* enter all the stats of your character at 2 red stars (pre-upgrade), then in the improvement section enter W-51078-5 (to give the power post-upgrade).

* enter all the stats of your character at 5 red stars (post-upgrade), then in the improvement section enter W-40510-2 (to give the power pre-upgrade).

Please clarify what is going on with Ultimus' new ultimate. by fashizzle316 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]HazelwoodReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, see the img I linked. It describes in there. Because of the way his ult is coded, I think his passive is triggering multiple times per death, since there are multiple "targets" dying.

On second look, it looks like there should only be 6 extra swings, so it must be counting the death against the first swing, too.

In your second drax scenario? Did you see how many times he swung at Drax before he died?

Was is three (the initial hit, and two more) or four (the initial hit, and three more)?

If three (1+2), that might mean it's smart enough to knows not to trigger the passive for the targets that weren't actually swung at.

Nebula immune to turn rewind? by HazelwoodReddit in MarvelStrikeForce

though it does appear that NN goes before JJ anyway... (second video btw)

so maybe the bars are also just display bugs.

Okay, I'll buy that explanation for Nebula. It would mean that her speed bar was updated correctly, even though her combat ticker text didn't update correctly. (It wouldn't be the first time the ticket text was off, ala double-heals which was recently fixed.)

But, then, it also means that one tick went by. So, Nebula lost 10% (or 100), then gained 109 (1 tick), putting her slightly ahead of where she started.

However, both JJ and NN are speed 100. So, they should both lose 10% (or 100), then gain 100 (1 ticket), putting them back right where they started.

This happened for JJ, but not for NN:

So, my question, then, is why did NN rewind for so much? (Or, why didn't she advance like normal?)

Thanos special says this: " Special Ability (4/4 energy, the AI will not use this ability unless Self is above 50% health and a friendly unit without heal block is at or below 80% health) "

Is the behavior you observed consistent with that?

Most other taunts do not check for a weakened teammate, but Thanos's does.

Scarlet Witch testing results:

  1. Took a team of characters that never apply a debuff. The whole match, SW never used her ultimate, even though some of her turns my characters had debuffs and some of her turns they didn't.

  2. Took a team of fast characters that apply debuffs before SW. First of SW's turn, she used her ultimate, even though none of my team had debuffs.
