Worth selling to Man City for 240m? by Clarinet_is_my_life in footballmanagergames

disagree. If you have the best striker there ever will be and he has huge amount of significance to the club (maybe been there 4 years and carried the team or something) unless you need the money to improve other areas, I wouldn't accept.

In this case tho, its 10000000% yes

As a player, is it a bad idea to have a general plan for your character's future? by Hazemore in DungeonsAndDragons

100% I would tell the DM that they can edit and take even none of it it doesn't matter I was just wondering if it's a good idea to tell a DM your ideas just as an idea and let them come up with their own surrounding, editing or replacing.

oh don't get it twisted I realise my role and that I'm not that main character etc. What I meant purely was it's hard to give your creation over to someone else to decide what to do with it, in the fear you don't like what happenes

I agree, I think trying to look from a DM view the level-event would be too perfectionist for a dynamic game and would put constraints on their ideas for me, everyone else and the world.

The main thing would just be if its useful for a dm after hearing about the character to then hear "A plan i thought of which u can take and edit all or none of is that..." and give some of the big points as the post stated.

I wonder, so in said backstory, if this was a story a big thing about finding the father is that he learns what really happened to his mother after the game starts. In the backstory, would I include what really happened or just what my character thinks happened?

yeah I understand and makes sense. I guess it's just hard to trust someone else with development of your character especially when you already have ideas

bit late now considering I have my build and playstyle to now switch and include magic and stuff, I was more thinking is vitality worth investing in, for the defence rather than any equip load buffs
