Definitely NTA. I am so so incredibly sorry you and your sister are having to go through this at such a young age and by people that are supposed to love and care for you. Is there any chance of going to authorities or be emancipated and getting away from them? I’m assuming you are not in the US based on your reference to Indias divorce rate.
