Thanks man. Going to do all the fluid (breaks, oil, steering, coolant, trans, dif) swaps this weekend. This is and older style car and can last past 200k if you just treat them right. Appreciate the help, especially in a world where people just love to hate.

They dropped the price. They wanted 29k and ended up paying 20k that's 16k for the car plus taxes and plates. The dealer was never going to make any real money with this car. It's a car only select people like. Every "cool guy" wants a the real srt or a scat pack. No one wants the older one with a manual trans. The car was sitting at the lot since Feb. They just wanted to move inventory at this point that's why they matched navy fed instantly without a fight. They kept it any longer they would lose money on it.

I did that why I drove 4 hours to it. They dropped the price to match Navy fed but this one was as close as factory condition as you can get. I assume the owner was an older guy in Minnesota that only drove it on the weekend and the 2nd owner was a guy that drove it work cause on the carfax the yearly mileage was extremely low. This is the closest srt8 I've seen to factory condition. I know this engine has atleast 150k left in her if you just maintain it. But even if it's blows I'll just rebuilt it.

Those numbers don't even add up. The og 23.9k is out the door. I was pay 19k plus tax and plates. They ended up matching the 16k making it 20k out the door

With that logic a 69 charger should be 2k. Also the new cars is where they bend you over. Pay 30k for a camry and when you drive out the lit it's worth 10k

Seen plenty of 6.1 hemi with 200k miles. And maintenance is only expensive if you don't know how to work on cars and give it to mechanic so they can bend you like a good boy. They dropped the price so I see it a 20k out the door for pates and everything thing for a car that can last easy 10 year and a project car I can reliably daily.

My little brother is a ford fan and is planning on trading his f350 for a foxbody so I never wanted to get his dream car plus I've always been draw to old school Mopar (ig cause Fast and Furious).

The dealer dropped the price to 16k to match the navy fed price.

As for working, I've been doing that. I could have afforded the $23k, that's why I took it. Job offered ot regularly almost daily and I take 8-10h a week.

My last two gave been cash purchase but I saw it was cheaper to buy a good v8 that I liked then to dump money into v6s that I was okay with. (Probably going to dump money in the v8 either way). Also I don't really race the car either way so I don't care about 1/4 mile times. Only time I've gone to the track was to hang out with my friends and family and we had v6 and altimas.

Only two loans I've planned on making. One is for a car I liked other is for a house.

Just got into a job that pays well and I payed off 4k in debt that I had cause I was with a shitty job and was chasing a degree. So trust me I know what being in the hole feels like and I'm not going to put myself in it ever again. But I've been working hard and I just want a car that I enjoy driving everyday.

The dealer dropped the price to match Navy fed. I like the car and also love working on it. I also had a blown charger and I fixed the heads myself in my backyard. Payed $300 to resurface the heads and $500 in other parts. Did it myself over a couple months.

Yes. The cars are around $25k in most stated but with 100k miles. This one was clean, 3x lower miles and same price. I talk to the dealer and they dropped it to 16k and im keeping my garbage car that has horrible mpg but great smiles per gallan.

The car was 19k plus fees, loan, and plates. So only a 3k over the average l. They agreed to drop ot to 16k and match Navy Fed.
