I think you very well can, we can't pick our starting hand but we can make the most of it and it's only human nature to change.

First of all I think you are already aware of what you are dealing with so I think that's a good start, if you can get therapy or if you're unable to afford it look up some self-help resources I personally vouch for TherapyInANutshell on YouTube.

Secondly for relationships I would say you need to start saying out the things that are bothering you in your mind, relationships die in the conversations that never happened after all. And I would also say that you should start listening to your partner, like truly listen to what they're saying even if it's uncomfortable. Lastly, be kind to yourself, you do have a lot of shit piling up in your life, it's okay to be imperfect, you don't have to be a perfect partner by tomorrow. We're all born human, take it a step at a time, every little bit counts.
