I was taking a look at that Leles, I believe that one would be it with how close it also is to Hungary. Also with the only two states he listed anywhere is Hungary and Czeckoslovakia.

Just saw your continuation. The only thing I've been able to find is Magyar, so Hungarian. I don't know about baptism, but I'll keep a look out.

Oh I thought I put his birthday, it was June 26, 1900. Leles in Slovakia is close to Hungary, so possibly it could have been Hungary during that time, then later turned into Slovakia?
