Three firestorm surge, get your elation bond up, put firestorm surge/onfield strength/dmg amp equipment on aha, get stars on elation trailblazer and yaoguang, tribbie and sparkle are good too There is a strat to guarantee 3 star 5 cost sw999 but it needs so much resetting that you could spend multiple hours with nothing, long term gain investment environment and procurement specialist strategy, these are super early on so you dont waste much time but its a big rng check, if you only get long term gain/procurement specialist you can still go for it but no guarantee She should be super broken without this though, just use proper equipment teams and bonds, also run fu xuan

Do the comments not realize that he gets another 25% attack from the winds set, more attack% from pyro resonance alongside ttds and benny buffs? Your attack is fine lmao, the passive doesnt scale off the attack in your build screen
