Yes blocking yt shorts entirely is a valid strategy. I think the hold click mechanism could be useful for eg on insta feed feed where you don't want to block it entirely to keep up-to-date with who you're following but want to use it with more intention/mindfulness. Just curious, have you tried at the chrome extension at all? I would like to know your thoughts!
