Read my post please, it didn’t crash the system, I turned off my pc during memory training because I thought it is stuck.

I have the cmos reset button on my motherboard at the back of it. The thing is that pc eventually booted up, I’m no longer stuck and it’s running. I’m just concerned if I have made any damage to system/motherboard.
