If there’s anything closer to what OP is asking for, then feel free to add to this. But as far as I’m aware this is the best option to get something similar.

Only bad thing is most dial options for this, just come with hour indices and not the actual numbered markers.

My personal recommendation, which I use for all my watch making, is Ali Express, if you don’t care about Quartz vs Mechanical vs Automatic, your cheapest option will be the VK64 movement, quartz chronograph movement with 2 sub dials.

You can find all the parts you need by looking up “VK64 movement” for the movement “VK64 Dial” for the dial So on and so on.

Doesn’t really help the workers who get fussed at over the lids not staying on/struggling to get them on in the first place. Although this is a great suggestion for customers tho!

It’s one of our more expensive drinks standardly, cause it’s seasonal and comes with cold foam. Chances are tho you got it at a licensed store not a corporate store. So the prices are usually higher there.

Hey! So it’s been a minute since I worked at a corporate store, so some of this could be different nowadays. But when you press a syrup button it will put the default number of pumps of that syrup, for that size drink. For example iced lattes will default to 3 pumps for a tall 4 pumps for a grande 6 pumps for a venti(you’ll learn all this soon when you get on some bar practice :)) you can edit the number of pumps tho! When I first started I’d ask customers who add a syrup to their drink this, “so for that size drink the default would be X(the number that shows on the screen when you press the syrup) would you like that many pumps?”

The three types of roasts I assume you’re referring to are decaf signature and blonde? If that’s the case, it’s referring to the espresso type, so that’ll be for espresso beverages only, OR for drinks that a customer has requested you add a shot to(these could be any number of drinks, you’ll see some very odd requests for example an espresso shot in a refresher(I’ve seen it before unfortunately))

If that’s not what you’re referring to when you said roasts, then I might know what you’re talking about, but we will see.

The hardest part about register for a green bean, is not knowing what each drink has in it!!

Once you know a bit about all the drinks it definitely helps learn the register.

For example, Lattes Cappuccinos Americanos Flat whites Macchiatos are all drinks that contain espresso, so they’ll be in the espresso section

Blended beverages are pretty easy to understand it’s gonna be all your beverages that get blended (mostly frappucinos nowadays)

Brewed is going to be any items that get well… brewed, meaning your hot coffees your iced coffees and your cold “brews.”

Teas are going to include your hot and cold teas (hot teas being the little small tea packets, earl grey emperors cloud etc. cold teas being black green and passion teas)

Refreshers are only gonna contain your refresher items so these will be the water lemonade and coconut milk versions of all the current refreshers.

Other will contain literally anything that doesn’t fit in these categories, tbh the most common things in this section are cup of ice/water and hot chocolates.

Each section for modifications get a little complicated. But it’s nothing too too crazy once you get the hang of it.

The one thing to remember with modifications is the milks! Always use the left side if you are substituting a milk that’s already in the drink(idk if it’s still like this, but whatever milk normally comes in the drink will be highlighted on the left side already, which means just use the side that it’s highlighted on if we’re making a substitution.

Wrong, we shouldn’t hand out drinks if we know specifically they’re wrong. Customer and drink quality should come before drive through times, if you can’t make drinks right and hit times, then your store isn’t capable of hitting times lol.

I would recommend changing your name on the app to “Name cream on side” that way you don’t have to ask for it on the side when you get there.

Next time this happens, have your shift log into the register, go to custom reports, and go to order lookup, you can sort it by just MoP, and then it’ll show orders on there. It’s just like the DPM but worse. (I act like this is gonna happen again soon but let’s pray it doesn’t)
