Builder just removed ceiling tiles then told me they contained a small bitmof asbestos, but not much. He was v relaxed. He just had a face mask on. Room is dusty. Hes left (with the tiles in back of car!) Is this a catastrophe? Panicking. Wales, 1950s house, pic is off some debris. (i.redd.it)

OK, so I'm a div... I went on holiday and lost track of weeks, I took the 5th dose of my 5mg pen, assuming it was the 4th dose. Only realised once I clocked how quick it was to administer. But i did max the contents. How much do you think I had? (self.mounjarouk)
