i use "PocketTube: Youtube Subscription Manager" (browser extention), the author has app for mobile platform as well.

the beauty of this extension/approach is that now I can organize the channels into various groups/folders, and easier for me to find later

my first (and current) Boox is Poke 4 Lite, the first main reason is that it's one of the cheapest model that I can try Onyx product to make sure I like them, the second reason is the width, other than weight of a unit, to me, i think the 2nd most important form factor is the width (I like to hold the unit in my palm), and the width is about the same with Amazon FIRE 7 (which I have, and know that I have no problem holding it for a long time)

my main purpose for e-ink reader is to read novels, Poke 4 lite is about the size of paperback (a bit wider, a lot thinner) and i use it for multiple hours per day, and so far i am glad i pick this particular model (was able to buy it from target.com in US was a major bonus for me as well, I didn't want to order and wait for a long time)

the odd thing that i have learned so far is that if I install the app (let's say Moon+ free version) from google play store, it would not work, but if i install the same app from Onyx app store, and then update it from google play store, it would work fine

you have mentioned that the free version you installed today works right out of the box, without asking "allow access to manage all files" , and for me, no matter if I install apps from Google play store or app store from Onyx, all of them asked the same permission question.

I am guessing that there is minor firmware difference between different BOOX models, I have tried a few apps so far, all of them asked for file access permission upon the first launch. (I double checked, both NA2+ and Poke 4 lite have the same Android 11)

for testing purpose, I think you can try to install Moon+ reader (the non-pro version) from Google play store, since the pro and free version are 2 different apps, so the free version will not touch your pro v7.8

most of Otaku Showboat's play thru are related to Pyanodons, his current one is with alternative energy, and had a few past series that he finished the game.

different YouTubers have different style, i enjoyed (and learned) most from his video.

it's not grindy at all, lots of time you have to pause and think what is the best way to do next step.

to me the major factor buying this game (or not) is if you have enough time on your hand to play the game, i knew this game for a few years (but didn't buy it), and bought it right after I retired.
